We are an established East End company harvesting and producing deliciously wild edible provisions and beverages and have been operating our fruitful business in the Lower Lea Valley for generations.

Throughout our existence and changing fortunes we remain committed to locally sourced and produced fine fares. We are inextricably and passionately bound to the changing landscape that yields our produce and are constantly surprised by its blithe spirit of urban evolution.

Under our generous boughs an eccentric, some may say visionary fusion of sporting, community, festive and Olympic spirit survives as, in our potent recipes we capture something of the spirit of the age lost amid the under and over growth of the Olympic fringe lands.
